Poltron Diesel distributes nozzles (spray tips) used in diesel fuel injectors out of our warehouse located in Frederick, MD. Our partnered manufacturing facility WUZETEM (Warsaw Mechanical Works – a fuel injector component manufacturer) is located in Warsaw, Poland – where all of our nozzles are manufactured.
WUZETEM is ISO 9001:2002 as well as ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified. WUZETEM products are used by both the OEM and Aftermarket, worldwide. All nozzles are under warranty and guaranteed to be made with quality material, precision, and execution. We work closely and professionally with our clients and engineers to design and manufacture custom products that meet all technical requirements.
100% Brand New: All of our nozzles are brand new – which ensures peak performance and a long service life. Reconditioning nozzles may save on initial costs, but the process runs a high risk of diminishing both the performance and service life.
Material + Heat Treatment: A very durable and premium quality steel alloy is used; the same steel used by OEM’s (H11, H13). All nozzles are also heat-treated and hardened to further guarantee peak performance and a long service life.
Spray Hole Precision: Spray holes are drilled using electronic discharges between two electrodes – this is known as electrical discharge machining (EDM). Flow tolerance is at +/- 2.5%.
Hydro Erosive (HE) Rounding (Grinding): Available beginning March 2012. HE Rounding rounds the edges of the spray holes with the use of an abrasive fluid, creating a smoother and more consistent fuel delivery, thus tightening the flow tolerance to +/- 1.5%.
